A Harlot’s Progress

A Harlot’s progress was influenced by Hogarth’s story of the same name.  Originally a suite of 6 etchings and paintings by the artist circa 1732.
1,240 sets of 6 prints were sold for a guinea so quickly that pirate copies were soon in circulation.  The Artists’s collection of 12 etchings have a similar thread but explore a more personal view of a modern world.
